A 30-60-90-day plan is a timeline goal setting strategy for your first three of an initial launch. It lists your goals and the tasks and actions you will take to accomplish those goals. What will you do? When will you do it? How will you make a difference from Day 1?

The idea is to run through your plans/ideas for those first three months of your desired goal. Once completed, you can now present your 30-60-90-day plan to the rest of your team and have an in-depth discussion about how you will approach the tasks and be successful in the role.

Duration: 1 hour

Please Note: There will be a charge of $1 Additional for every minute after the scheduled hour.
