Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment include Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), Wire Transfer (for larger projects), Invoice Processing, Zelle, and Certified Checks (for larger projects).

Security and Storage

Only your order data, billing, and order contents data are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. 

Returned Check Policy

All returned checks will incur a minimum of $50.00 in Returned Check Charges. A returned check will automatically result in a hold on the account affected. We reserve the right to not only require that all past due balances be paid in full as described above, but also to require advance payment of future fees (specified in the service agreement), in guaranteed funds, to remove the hold and start the project. If the bank is at fault, a letter must be submitted as follows: The letter must be on original bank letterhead paper, signed/stamped, and include the banker's contact details. The letter must state that the BANK made an error that caused the check to be returned. Upon receipt of a bank letter, we will waive the $50.00 fee.

Recurring Subscription Payments

A majority of our services are self-managed and recurring campaign subscriptions. These campaigns renew automatically on a monthly or quarterly recurring basis. Month-to-month campaigns are managed by the client in the client dashboard, by notifying their representative in writing.

Cancellations must be made well ahead of campaign renewals. To access or change your payment details or cancel before the next renewal date, visit our client dashboard or contact your representative.

Refund Policy

All our sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. This also applies to campaigns ordered on the website without returning a service agreement.

Return Policy - Products

We do not accept returns for products and merchandise, as all items are made to order. Each product is custom-crafted to meet your specifications, ensuring quality and uniqueness. We encourage you to review your size and order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us.

Campaign Suspension

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to: product or service availability, unprofessional or harmful client conduct, unrealistic client expectations, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or other reasons.

Conflicts and Undermining Activities

You agree that, in your use of our services, you will not engage in any action or activity that directly or indirectly undermines, conflicts with, or is detrimental to our contracts, services, or business interests. This includes but is not limited to negotiating, entering into, or attempting to enter into any agreements or arrangements that are designed or reasonably expected to have the effect of circumventing, undermining, or otherwise frustrating MZO Worldwide and Levelz Worldwide Management's performance of its contracts or provision of its services.

A. Entering into contracts or agreements that infringe upon, interfere with, or otherwise undermine the fulfillment, performance, or enforcement of any contracts, agreements, or obligations entered into by MZO Worldwide and Levelz Worldwide Management;

B. Promoting, offering, or providing services that are identical or substantially similar to those offered by MZO Worldwide and Levelz Worldwide Management or that otherwise compete with our Services;

C. Engaging in any activity that misappropriates Levelz Worldwide Management’s proprietary information or intellectual property, or uses such information or property in a manner that is not expressly authorized by MZO Worldwide and Levelz Worldwide Management;

D. Soliciting our clients, customers, partners, or service providers to alter, terminate, or violate their agreements or relationships with us.

E. Initiate, negotiate, or participate in any agreement or transaction that competes with any contract or service provided by MZO Worldwide and Levelz Worldwide Management, particularly concerning the same project.

Any user found to violate this clause may, at our sole discretion, be subject to legal action.
